Samantha’s 18th Birthday Party!
I went out to downtown Orlando for Samantha’s birthday party, which had a very unique set of requests. This was a private gathering of family and close friends, so requests ranged from oldies to club anthems. My favorite part was that I got to play Elvira as a dedication to her mom of the same name; I’ve no idea why, but that song is catchy as heck and I get in a good mood when I hear it. They also requested the Grease Megamix and had a whole routine to it… it was fun!
I got to break out another portable lightshow: my ADJ Megabar 50 RC and 2 QuadScan LEDs. These are great because I can control them via remote control so it’s perfect for small parties where breaking out the big lighting console isn’t the best option.
