I got the opportunity to entertain at another charity auction at Eaglebrooke. This was for St. Joseph’s and their theme was Havana Nights. Ohmygoodness, let me tell you how AMAZING the food was: arros con pollo (which the Tico in me made into Gallo Pinto thanks to ample amounts of onion and butter), pork, plantains del orno, and a superb tres leches to top it off.

Sure, Tres Leches is from Nicaragua (not according to Nestle, haha)… but every Hispanic country serves it nowadays.

It was a small dancing crowd of about 15-20, but they danced all night!
