Bravo to Beth and the staff at Eaglebrooke (Lakeland) for hosting an amazing event that helped raise money for cancer research!
The party started with a few members/guests lip syncing and performing at the same time… while they dressed up like the respective artist. My wife, Monica, was even asked to participate dressed like Dolly Parton.
While guests enjoyed the performances, Eaglebrooke invited everyone to an amazing dinner. My favorite was the tortelinni. Mmm!
Check out the pics and video below… this is a great event to be a DJ for!!
Florida Southern College books frequent events with us… which is awesome since I live right down the road!
Our first event with them involved ZERO sound set up whatsoever. Instead, they asked us to set up a lighting rig in their gym to add a hype atmosphere to their pep rally.
Our spotlight also added the perfect amount of light for free throw contests, performances, and tracking their mascot (Go MOCS!) as he chased people around! Check out the great pics and some video clips below!

My NYE wedding postponed for later in 2011, so I took on Sundown (formerly Christi’s Sundown) in Winter Haven. They wanted background music… yeah, I wasn’t ending my year as just a jukebox. I was mixing like a fiend while testing the VMS4′s capabilities. With the energetic staff already dancing while working, the crowd soon caught the bug. Within an hour, people began dancing right away. It was a small crowd, 15-20 people, but we all had a blast.
By the way, Sundown’s food is amazing.. go by and give it a shot. Splurge and order the Filet there…. you’ll be glad you did!

What a fun group… then again, I know most of them!
Adam used to come to my skating rink all the time and is also a good friend.
We’re also doing his wedding on October 16th…
He’s also a DJ for our company.
So of course his fiancé, and guest of honor tonight, Bethany became part of the gang.
As for everyone else? Quite a few worked/went to the skating rink and the rest I saw at Casey and Jeff’s wedding!
The setup was simple… couple of black lights, a Bliss, FatBeam lasers, Triphases… but the results were spectacular thanks to our amazing Hazer. This was held at the Bramble Ridge in Lakeland, where my wife‘s party was also thrown!
People drank. People danced. People drank. People danced more. People drank even more. You get the hint. Luckily, my good friends here are party drunks… they more they drank the harder they partied!
I will give you a warning on the video below.. it has some unedited music. Be careful watching this at work!

Christina (Kelly’s wife) told Kelly (our CEO and one of my best friends) that we had a bridal show at Eaglebrooke Sunday.
Christina told Kelly not to worry as she, Kyle and I would handle said show.
Christina called Kelly the day of and told him Kyle forgot the paper for our SnapYourselfSilly Photobooth!
Kelly drove to Eaglebrooke to drop off paper.
Kelly = Not happy.
Kelly opens the doors.
SURPRISE!!!
Kelly = Happy!
Christina did a great job pulling this all together.. and the food at Eaglebrooke was DELICIOUS!! Beth did a great job setting up the room as well!

You should already know that my wife is an amazing tech and could blow away most people when it comes to lighting and video set ups… however, she also DJs for the company!
After she finished assisting me at the party at the Village at Lake Ned, we drove to the next event where I assisted her. Johnny called us wanting to throw a special party for his mother-in-law, Candi. He didn’t think there’d be a lot of dancing, just a sporadic set every now and then, but these people danced ALL NIGHT LONG! It was awesome!
As usual, my wife rocked the house and I’m über-proud of her!
