Huston Motors and Fields Huston have been loyal clients for many years… this year they added our Game Show system complete with questions about both companies.
Hosted at the Lake Wales Country Club, they wanted an all our party… and thanks to many familiar faces (MIKE!) that’s exactly what we got!
Check out the pics and video below… now to convince them to get a lighting upgrade for next year!
ArrMaz Chemicals had a fun group! Their theme, of course, was centered around Christmas as we were creeping up on the most awesome holiday ever! Hosted at the Lakeland Center, Adam and I set up my normal sound system and added some requested lighting to really light up the dance floor!
Check out the pics and video below… we had a great time! A big thanks goes to Michele for sending us this referral. (We did her wedding back in February)
Immediately after the Bubble Party, Adam and I rushed straight to Eaglebrooke for BRMC’s Christmas dinner.
Originally, there WAS dancing planned, but due to an overwhelming amount of RSVPS, there was no room for a dance floor. They made the best of it by doing a fun dinner and present giveaway. Adam and I had fun with some of the gag gifts they gave away as we got invited to eat DELICIOUS Eaglebrooke food. Yum!
I got to test drive my new HK system. Sounds amazing, too!
Many of you know that I believe one of the BEST perks of my job is when I get invited to eat from the food available…. so when I was asked to DJ the corporate Halloween party for Terrie Lobb Catering, you can imagine how thrilled I was, (I love their punch oh-so-much, too).
The party was held at Terrie’s backyard, which was the perfect size for the event. There was a corner set for a piƱata contest (only three casualties, myself included, haha), a corner for our Snap Yourself Silly Photobooth, another for the bar (food was in the house), and of course the dance area which also hosted our game show.
Working solo, I had to set up my iPad to control the game show system. This was the first time I ran the game show and MC’d at the same time.. it was a cinch!
Check out the pics and video below! I had a blast and I know they did, too!
Eaglebrooke held it’s third annual “Celebrity Night” to raise money for the American Cancer Society. With silent auctions, live auction, and a delicious meal served by the members, this was the best way to raise money for such a great cause! Check out some photos and video— video is shot with my new Canon… IN HD!
Check out some great photos from the Electro-Lux Reception room for a homebuilder’s conference. No dancing, so no video to catch, this was a cocktail style event where everyone enjoyed good conversation. This was hosted at the Peabody Hotel– a fantastic location!!
It’s no secret that I love Eaglebrooke Golf and Country Club in Lakeland, so when they asked me to DJ their Christmas party again this year, I was more than excited.
There was a twist: it would be hosted at one of the bosses homes. This house was BEAUTIFUL… it was made for house parties! The cold weather didn’t bring out the dancers in everyone, but it didn’t stop those that really came to party.
Oh, did I mention the amazing food? So many big cuts of steak… so delicious! Mmm… check out the awesome photos and videos below!
(On a side note, this was the same night as the Lunar Eclipse. I posted some photos here. HERE, lol.)
After Monica and I got done with the event at McDonald’s, we rushed to the Lake Region Country Club.
Another fun group, but this one had a much larger dance crowd than my previous parties. A unique thing about this group: they danced to everything, but often had line dances for many of the songs.
Their guests chatted with Monica and I all night, especially Nelson. He and I shared a good conversation about how people shouldn’t be so shy at company functions. Many of them came up to check out my system.. it was pretty cool answering their many questions on how the system works.
Check out the video and some AWESOME photos, mostly shot by my wife.
Monica hosted the grand re-opening of the Plant City McDonald’s! It was a fun event, as we worked with the same team from last week’s party. I tagged along to help out with music and to just hang out and have a good time with the Mickey D’s crew. A special phone shout out was arranged from Cupid. Here’s his McDonald’s commercial:
